b. Clients are responsible for ensuring that their personal property is secure at all times.
c. We are not liable for any injuries, accidents, or medical complications that occur during or after service
provision.
d. Our service is strictly non-medical; clients requiring medical assistance must seek support from licensed healthcare professionals.

4. Snack & Refreshment Preparation Disclaimer
a. As part of our services, we may purchase snacks or refreshments from third-party vendors (e.g., M&S, Waitrose, etc.).
b. Clients will be informed of all items included in their snack preparation platter, including allergen
information where provided by the supplier.
c. While we ensure that allergen details are made available, we are not responsible for any allergic reactions,
dietary issues, or food sensitivities.
d. We do not alter, modify, or prepare food beyond simple serving and presentation.
e. Clients accept that any snack preparation assistance is at their own risk and should inspect all food items before consumption.
f. Discharge Assist Concierge is not liable for any illness, food contamination, or adverse health reactions related to third-party food products.
